Bronwynne is a legal and risk executive with considerable experience in the financial services and construction market sectors. In her roles as Chief Legal Counsel at AMP Capital and Coates Group Holdings Pty Limited, Bronwynne proved to be an effective and motivational team leader and was responsible for advising the Board and the business on relevant legal matters, risk management, compliance, corporate governance issues and director’s responsibilities. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Bronwynne has lead and delivered a number of strategic projects, including the cultural change project at Coates Group.
Bronwynne’s high-level communication skills are underpinned by a consultative, collaborative and empathetic leadership style which, coupled with her ability to influence and negotiate, results in outcomes which benefit the business and its stakeholders. She has represented both AMP and Coates Group on a various industry Boards and has liaised with government to advocate amendments to legislation which had caused unintended negative impacts to industry.
Bronwynne holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma in Psychology from the University of Sydney, has undertaken leadership development studies with Harvard Business School and is an accredited mediator and counsellor.
