Rekon welcomes Bronwynne Bailey

Rekon Group Pty Ltd is very pleased to welcome Bronwynne Bailey as a Senior Consultant.

Bronwynne is a legal and risk executive and brings to Rekon Group extensive leadership and team management experience gained from 25 years working in the financial services and industrial market sectors. In her roles as Chief Legal Counsel at AMP Capital and Coates Group Holdings Pty Limited, Bronwynne proved to be a motivational team leader and was responsible for advising the Board and the business on relevant legal matters, risk management, compliance, corporate governance issues and director’s responsibilities. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Bronwynne has led and delivered many strategic projects, including cultural transformation, safety leadership, dispute resolution and corporate restructures.

Bronwynne’s high-level communication skills are underpinned by a consultative, collaborative and empathetic leadership style which, coupled with her ability to influence and negotiate, results in outcomes which benefit the business and its stakeholders. She has represented both AMP and Coates Group on a various industry Boards and has liaised with government to advocate amendments to legislation which had caused unintended negative impacts to industry.

Bronwynne holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma in Psychology from the University of Sydney, has undertaken leadership development studies with Harvard Business School and is an accredited mediator and counsellor.

We asked Bronwynne what motivated her to join Rekon Group? “I am excited about the opportunity to collaborate with respected consultants within the Rekon Group to promote and mentor future leaders. In my previous role on the Executive Leadership Team at Coates Group Holdings Pty Limited, I experienced first-hand the impact the Rekon P3™ leadership and planning model can have on transforming leadership and decision-making practices in a large, complex organisation. Apart from benefitting from Bronwynne’s extensive board management skills, Rekon’s clients will have access to her experience in managing the challenges faced by organisations with complex structures in implementing proper governance and risk management systems. Bronwynne also has extensive experience in working with businesses to resolve workplace conflict using various techniques, including mediation.
