We are very proud to announce Vivian Blycha has assumed her new role as Manager with REKON Group. Vivian has a wealth of leadership experience from her time in the military and is passionate about helping women be better leaders in male dominated environments.
Vivian is a former Company Commander in the Australian Armed Forces, serving on operations in Kuwait, Jordon, Timor L’Este and the Indian Ocean. Her roles have centered on leading and managing large teams within various aspects of supply chain and logistics functions and the associated planning and analysis to deliver services.
In 2013 Vivian founded a small business called JOLA Group, providing services in Technical Writing, Training and assisting businesses to achieve accreditation for Quality Management Systems.
Throughout her career, Vivian has worked in a variety of industries, including Defence, Mining, Healthcare and Local Government. Projects include:
– Leading change in supply chain processes within Defence
– Guiding small and medium businesses to achieve accreditation in Quality Management Systems
– Leading teams to design and develop a suite of vocational courses across six functions within a global mining organisation
Vivian holds a Masters in International Relations from the University of NSW and a range of qualifications including Project Management, Logistics Management, Training and Quality Management.
